Introduction
The conflict-resolution techniques described on many of the pages listed below include things that are very difficult for many autistic and similarly neurodivergent people, e.g. awareness of body language, although they also include other things likely to be much easier for us.
An important question for our group(s) to discuss is: Are there conflict resolution skills that can well work without relying on the more difficult (for us) things? Which of the skills described on the pages below are truly essential to conflict resolution, vs. which skills may be helpful (at least among NT's) but optional?
